For Partners

BLACKFILE operates as a closed intelligence layer for law firms, family offices, banks and corporate clients - under a partner's contract, in the interest of the partner's client, and without any public exposure.

A significant part of the workload reaches BLACKFILE not directly from the ultimate beneficial owner, but through professional intermediaries: lawyers handling a cross-border dispute; family offices verifying a counterparty before a transaction; bank compliance units; corporate security departments. For these structures, investigation is not a core activity but a tool required occasionally, with a guarantee of quality and confidentiality. Maintaining an in-house analytical unit of international level for a few matters a year makes no economic sense; engaging disparate contractors in each jurisdiction is risky.

The BLACKFILE partnership model resolves both problems. The partner gains access to a single operational framework, working to one methodology across all jurisdictions of the matter, with a single verification standard and a single level of data protection. At the same time, the relationship with the end client, the strategy of the matter, and public representation remain with the partner.

Cooperation is built on a framework agreement and an NDA, signed before the first task is transferred. Specific commercial terms are discussed individually and are not published.

1 Who We Work With

The partner framework is limited to professional structures that bear their own responsibility to their client and operate within the law. BLACKFILE does not build a mass agent network and does not accept partners without verification.

2 Two Cooperation Models

BLACKFILE uses two basic schemes. The choice between them is determined by who is to remain the holder of the relationship with the end client and on whose side the final document is produced. Both schemes may apply simultaneously to different matters of the same partner.

3 Referral Scheme

The referral model applies when a task falls outside the partner's area of competence and the partner does not intend to take responsibility for the investigative part. The partner passes on the contact and a brief description of the situation, after which BLACKFILE independently conducts client verification, briefing and the entire operation.

The partner receives confirmation that the enquiry was received and a status of "accepted for work" or "declined following screening". The content of the task, the course of the operation and the result are not disclosed to the partner - unless the end client has expressly authorized this in writing. Terms and the amount of the fee are fixed in the referral agreement before the first task is transferred; there is no public rate, since the fee structure depends on the area and scope of the operation.

4 Working jointly on a matter

The core model for law firms and corporate clients. BLACKFILE embeds into the matter as the partner's closed analytical unit: it works to the partner's brief, within the partner's legal logic, and delivers results to the partner. To the end client, the court and counterparties, BLACKFILE remains invisible - the result exists within the partner's own work.

Materials are not prepared in the abstract, but for the strategy of the matter. This means that before work begins, the jurisdiction and the procedural capacity in which the material will be used are fixed, and the collection methodology depends on this: chain of custody, documentation of the origin of each file, verification of admissibility under local law, the form of记录 (record) and requirements for translation and legalisation.

5 What a law firm receives

The legal team works with law and documents; intelligence works with reality beyond the documents. BLACKFILE closes the part of the matter where the position is built not on interpretation of a rule, but on establishing facts: where an asset is located, who actually owns it, what happened on a given day, how resilient the opponent's position is, and what the opponent will attempt to conceal.

6 What a family office receives

A family office manages not only capital but the risks around the family: counterparties, staff, associates, cross-border conflicts. BLACKFILE provides a closed verification circuit that leaves no public trace and requires no explanation to third parties.

7 What banks and corporations receive

For financial institutions and corporations, the value of intelligence lies in closing the blind spots of formal verification. Registry data and standard screening procedures show the structure on paper; intelligence shows who actually stands behind it, what obligations are not reflected in the reporting, and what risks materialise in a given jurisdiction.

8 Confidentiality between partners

The partnership model functions only with strict separation of circuits. BLACKFILE never mixes projects: each operation is run by an autonomous team on separate infrastructure, with separate security protocols and a separate code name. Data belonging to different clients and different partners never intersects at any stage.

The existence of a partnership relationship is not disclosed to third parties. BLACKFILE does not inform one partner of another partner's matters, does not use materials from one matter in the interest of another, and does not transfer data to third parties, partners or state authorities under any circumstances. The composition of sources and the details of methodology are not disclosed to the partner - the result and its degree of verification are.

Before a matter is accepted, a conflict-of-interest check is carried out. BLACKFILE does not act simultaneously in the interests of opposing parties to the same conflict; if such an overlap is identified, the matter is declined without explanation of details, since the explanation itself would disclose the existence of another matter.

9 Onboarding procedure

Onboarding a partner is a formalized procedure. It is carried out once and thereafter allows matters to be transferred on a working basis, without re-agreeing the framework terms.

10 Limitations

Admissibility screening applies to partner matters in full and is not relaxed based on the status of the party making the request. BLACKFILE does not accept matters requiring unlawful methods, does not collect materials for pressuring third parties outside the legal framework, and does not carry out instructions capable of harming innocent persons.

Partner status does not grant the right to refer to BLACKFILE in marketing materials, to publicly state cooperation, or to use the firm's name in negotiations with third parties without separate written approval.
